HOW WE PRICE
At the core of our practice lies a commitment to our clients’ needs and aspirations. We are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for each client, ensuring excellence in every case we handle.
We recognise that financial considerations play a crucial role in legal matters. We strive to offer flexible, cost-effective solutions so expert legal advice is accessible to people from all backgrounds.
Arrow Legal usually charges fixed rates for immigration work. Costs vary with the complexity of the case.
On instructing us you pay a deposit to open a retainer and sign a contract. If the case is ongoing we issue interim bills towards the fixed fee. In straightforward cases the balance becomes due when we submit the application or conclude your matter.
You are not liable for VAT if you have no permission to live in the UK, if you are a visitor, or if you are applying from abroad for entry clearance. We confirm whether VAT at 20% is payable when instructed.
HOW WE CHARGE
Private immigration consultations are free. Corporate immigration consultations are £300. You are never under any obligation to instruct us.

WHAT YOU GET
We assess your situation, identify the most suitable route, and discuss alternatives.
We determine eligibility and build the arguments that support your application.
We review supporting documents and identify anything further required.
We prepare and submit your application to the Home Office.
Advice, and accompaniment to interview where needed, including a translator if required.
We tell you the result and advise on any further steps. We keep you honestly informed — and will withdraw if the desired outcome cannot be achieved.
PLEASE NOTE
Disbursements and related expenses are not included in our fixed fees or hourly rates. Home Office fees are paid directly by you — we prompt you and help you pay correctly. Barrister, expert, interpreter and court fees may also apply depending on your case.
VAT at 20% may be chargeable. We confirm whether VAT is payable when you instruct us, and we agree extra disbursements with you in advance.
The amount depends on the length of the visa you are given and where you apply from. A visa may last longer than a course of study or period of employment.
We cannot guarantee a timeframe. Processing depends on your circumstances and the Home Office’s current workload. We give a clearer estimate of time and fees after the initial consultation, and will chase the case where we can. Some applications offer an optional Home Office priority service — we will tell you if it is available.
Tell us what you need help with and we will confirm whether VAT applies, what disbursements to expect, and the right fee for your case.
